DK 222 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and DK 222 ("DK 222," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the DK 222 website at dk222.life, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and related features.

Each player is permitted one DK 222 account only. This applies per person, per household address, per mobile number, and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original registered account may be closed and associated balances and bonuses forfeited without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

This information must remain up to date at all times. DK 222 is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect contact information, including failure to receive important account notifications.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DK 222 account credentials, including your password and any linked mobile number used for verification. You must not share your login credentials with anyone.

DK 222 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact DK 222 support at support@dk222.life immediately so that your account can be temporarily locked pending investigation.

You are responsible for all bets and transactions placed from your account, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally, provided that the login credentials used were correct at the time of access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

DK 222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on DK 222 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though DK 222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits and may request supporting documentation in such cases.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one to three working days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests are subject to DK 222's standard verification procedures. DK 222 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.

4.4 Fees

DK 222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside DK 222's control and are not DK 222's responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.5 Refer a Friend Programme

The DK 222 Refer a Friend programme is governed by its own specific terms accessible from the Refer a Friend section of the platform. Referral rewards are paid subject to the referred player making a qualifying deposit. Self-referrals and referrals of existing DK 222 players are not valid and will not be rewarded.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets

A bet placed on DK 222 is only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, DK 222 will refer to server-side records to determine the valid bet state. The outcome displayed on DK 222's servers is the definitive record of any bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.3 Obvious Errors

6.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event or esports match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before a result is determined, DK 222 will void all related bets and return stakes to players' account balances. Where an event resumes within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time, original bets may be honoured at DK 222's discretion. The decision of the relevant event organiser is final for settlement purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on DK 222 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains identified will be voided
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, including collusion with dealers, other players, or DK 222 staff
• Using fraudulent payment methods, including stolen card details, compromised wallet accounts, or chargebacks
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses
• Engaging in any money laundering activity through the DK 222 platform
• Attempting to circumvent DK 222's security or verification systems
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DK 222, including but not limited to website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, logos, and the DK 222 name and brand, are the intellectual property of DK 222 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the DK 222 platform without explicit written permission from DK 222.

Use of DK 222 grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, distribute, or publicly display any DK 222 content.

9. Limitation of Liability

DK 222 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.
